We finally have a place. It's not the Ramada, but its still a place to call home. My friend, Fudge bought it, and called me over. She knew I wasn't very fond if living with Mamai. Bless her, I'm lucky to have her as a friend. The location isn't necessarily ideal, but hey, the less we have to spend in or own money the better. The main thing I worry about are the types of people that hang out at the gym. We're right next door, which could spell trouble. Granted its also up the street from where I work at the Eight's, but I've already seen a creey guy hanging out before.
I found out later that same creepy guy tried to rape a girl named Elena. I just happened to be in the area, and stopped him.. but she was able to beat the crap out of him. That was amazing. Its about time more women stood up to guys like that. She has the potential, but she seems a bit.. odd herself. She was more worried about gettign a drink with me, and stitching up that cut to her gut. I think she might be a lesbian.. which wouldn't surprise me in the slightest. The point is.. i commend her for her bravery, but i think she was crazy to worry more about whiskey than the blood oozing out of her that ruined my sweater and her jeens.
Anyway, With the apartment, Fudge and I have settled in pretty good. We have everything we need , except a shower, but we just use the gym, since its right there. the first night was the best. We slept on bunk beds. I feel like I'm in a college dorm.. I didn't have any siblings growing up... well none that I new about, so it feels good to have someone to talk to as a friend for once. Between Kit, Cat, Franky, Fudge, Val and Trans, I feel so blessed to have them.
